Cancellation Policy

If the customer decides to cancel their order, please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

If AtHome Bespoke cancels the order and a new date cannot be arranged within 7 days of the original start date, the customer is entitled to request a full refund.

Payment Policy

All payments must be made on time in accordance with our payment policy. If payments are not made within the specified time, AtHome Bespoke reserves the right to cancel any further works until payment has been received. 

 

Property Rights

Until goods are paid for in full, they remain the property of AtHome Bespoke c/o Cine Spark Media Walls Limited. Failure to complete payment will result in retention of all goods by the company.

Image / Video Usage Rights

We reserve Copyright over our designs and installations. AtHome Bespoke and / or Cine Spark Media Walls Limited reserve the right to take photographs and videos of any work we have conducted in any property and reserve the right to use this as social media content and for advertising purposes such as on our website or printed materials. Customer privacy will always be guarded.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
